WiseSpin

Player Safety & Wellbeing

WiseSpin should always feel like a good time - nothing more.

Our sweepstakes games are built for fun, not for chasing losses or plugging a financial gap. Here's every tool and safeguard we've put in place to help you stay comfortably in control of your play.

You set the boundaries

Purchase limits, play limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion: the controls are yours to configure however works for you.

Minors aren't welcome, ever

WiseSpin is strictly 18+. Any account found in use by a minor is closed the moment we know.

Free to play, always

No purchase is ever required to join a sweepstake, spending is optional, and it's never a strategy.

i

WiseSpin exists purely for recreational social gameplay - it's not gambling, and it's not a way to make money. We give you real, working controls (limits, breaks, self-exclusion) to help keep it that way, and our team is trained to spot the warning signs if things stop feeling fun. If your play ever starts to feel out of hand, tell us - we'd much rather step in and help than watch quietly.

1

Introduction

We want WiseSpin to stay exactly what it's meant to be - a fun, low-stakes way to unwind. This policy walks through the tools and safeguards designed to help you keep your play balanced and enjoyable. Taking part in our sweepstakes means accepting this policy alongside our Terms of Use, and if we ever revise it in a way that changes your rights, we'll let you know directly. Continuing to use the platform after that means you've accepted the update.

2

Our commitment

Shared responsibility

We build it fair, you play it smart

Keeping gameplay balanced takes effort from both sides. We design the platform for fair, entertaining play, and trust you to use the tools we provide thoughtfully.

Player education

We explain how it all actually works

We help you understand how our sweepstakes function, why staying in control matters, and where to turn for outside support if your play ever starts feeling off.

Staff training

Our team is trained to notice, not ignore

Support staff are trained to recognize the signs of excessive play, and can walk you through our self-help tools or point you toward professional resources.

3

Protecting minors & vulnerable players

Age requirement

18+ only, strictly enforced

You need to have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction - 18 at minimum, higher where local law says so - to take part. Any account found in use by a minor is closed immediately, and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Parental safeguards

Steps parents and guardians can take

  • Install parental control or web-filtering software (Net Nanny, CyberPatrol, Cybersitter)
  • Secure personal devices - PCs, tablets, phones - with strong passwords
  • Always log out of your WiseSpin account after each session
Vulnerable players

Going through a hard time? It's okay to step back

If you're navigating addiction, mental health challenges, or financial hardship, we'd recommend limiting or pausing play altogether. Our self-help tools and outside professional support are there whenever you need them.

4

Keeping your play in check

Set a budgetDecide what you can comfortably spend on entertainment and hold to it. No purchase is ever required to play - any spending should only be there to enhance the experience.
Track your playCheck your purchase and gameplay history regularly. Noticing a shift in frequency or spend? That's worth a limit or a break.
Take breaksLong, uninterrupted sessions can blur your perspective. Set reminders and step away routinely to stay relaxed and in control.

Responsible gaming tools

Purchase limits

Cap how much virtual currency you can buy

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly ceiling on how many Gold Coins you acquire - contact support to configure it. Lowering a limit takes effect right away; raising or removing one may involve a waiting period.

Play amount limits

Cap how much you play with over time

Set a ceiling on the Sweep Cash you use in games daily, weekly, or monthly - contact support to set it up. Lowering an existing limit applies immediately; raising or removing one usually needs a waiting period, can take up to 24 hours to process, and may involve extra verification.

Time-out

Step away for a fixed break

Choose a break of 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days: your account locks for gameplay until the period ends, then reactivates automatically unless you tell us otherwise. This only covers WiseSpin; any other platforms you play on need to be managed separately.

Time-outs are requested by emailing support and can take up to 24 hours to activate, with identity verification possibly required.

Self-exclusion

A longer pause when play feels unsustainable

Suspend your account for an extended stretch if gameplay has become genuinely problematic. Reactivation after a defined term can be automatic or on request; going indefinite carries a 6-month minimum, with a cooling-off period (e.g. 7 days) before reactivation afterward. Unredeemed Sweep Coins may expire during self-exclusion: we'll make a reasonable effort to honor pending redemption requests where verification and eligibility were already met.

Spotting problem gameplay

Warning signs worth paying attention to

  • Spending beyond your means, or borrowing to keep playing
  • Neglecting personal, professional, or family responsibilities
  • Using gameplay to escape stress or emotional distress
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or low when you're not playing
  • Hiding or downplaying your gameplay to friends or family
Self-check

Recognize a few of these? Worth taking seriously

Playing longer than intended, feeling guilt or shame, missing work or social plans - these are all signals worth acting on. Consider a spending or time limit, a break, or self-exclusion.

Changes

This policy can be revised at any time

We may update this Responsible Gaming Policy periodically. Continuing to use WiseSpin after an updated version takes effect means you accept the changes.

One thing worth remembering

WiseSpin is a platform for sweepstakes and social entertainment - not a source of income, and not a fix for financial difficulties. Play in moderation, and never hesitate to reach out if you need a hand.

Your safety and wellbeing matter to us just as much as the games do.
