Who can play
18+, with no exceptions
You must be at least 18, or older where local law sets a higher bar, at the moment you enter. Confirming your own eligibility is on you.
Void wherever it's restricted
If sweepstakes participation is illegal or limited where you're located, your entry is void there regardless of anything else in this agreement.

You need to be able to agree to this
Entering confirms you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract, and that no impairment, mental or substance-related, is stopping you from doing so.
Staff and their households can't win
WiseSpin employees, officers, agents, promotional partners, and their immediate family or housemates of at least three consecutive months are ineligible to win.
Recreational only, the system isn't there to be gamed
Fraudulent or systematic attempts to gain an unfair edge result in instant disqualification and possible legal action.
Game rules
Worth reading before you play
Every game carries its own eligibility and prize rules, visible inside the game itself. Not reading them doesn't excuse breaking them, and manipulation through scripts, bots, or multi-accounting leads to suspension or a ban.
International fees are on you
Exchange-rate swings, bank fees, and cross-border charges tied to your purchases are your responsibility, not ours, check with your payment provider before buying.
Your license to play
A license to play, not a form of property
Virtual Coins and Sweep Coins, whether earned free or purchased, give you a personal right to play. They're non-transferable and don't entitle you to any real-money claim beyond stated promotional awards.
Limited, revocable, and personal to you
We grant a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to use the platform and its coins for private, recreational use. Breaching these Terms means that access can be pulled immediately.
Coins and accounts aren't yours to sell
Selling, renting, or transferring your Virtual Coins or account is a material breach, expect account closure, a possible permanent ban, and potential legal action.
Purchases stay optional, always
No payment is ever required to register or enter, free coins are available through promotions and mail-in options. Buying coins is purely a convenience: final, non-refundable, and with no real-world cash value. If your account closes or the Service ends, unused coins are forfeited without refund.
Your account
Rule-breaking accounts can be suspended or closed
Fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, abusive behavior, or breaking any part of these Terms can trigger an investigation, suspension, or permanent termination, with remaining coins forfeited and no refund owed. Accounts inactive for extended periods may also be closed.
You can contest a decision, but review is final
We'll hear you out through our support channel, but once a termination decision is confirmed after review, that decision stands.
Usage restrictions
Standard fair-use boundaries apply
Reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling access, deploying bots, or using the Services for anything unlawful, commercial, or damaging to platform integrity is not allowed. Violations can mean instant loss of access.
Liability & indemnity
You're playing at your own risk
The Services are provided "as is." WiseSpin and its Released Parties aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent the law allows.
You defend and cover us where needed
You agree to indemnify WiseSpin against claims caused by your own misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
Claims need to be filed promptly
Any claim against WiseSpin must be brought within one year of the underlying event, or it's considered waived.
Damages are capped; the rest of the agreement holds
Where liability can't be fully excluded, it's capped at the minimum amount required by law. If any single clause is found unenforceable, everything else stays in force.
Purchases
System glitches can be corrected
If a technical error inflates balances or results, we reserve the right to correct or void the affected entries.
Funds & licensing
Payments run through a licensed Merchant of Record
Viralflux Labs Limited processes payments on WiseSpin's behalf under applicable financial licensing, keeping funds handling separate from platform operations.
Anti-money laundering
Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity
WiseSpin maintains an AML program and may request further identity or source-of-funds verification. Participants are expected to cooperate fully with any such requests.
Outages & changes
No uptime guarantees
The Site may go down, glitch, or change without notice. We're not liable for lost coins or missed entries caused by outages, bugs, or maintenance.
Features can change, pause, or shut down anytime
WiseSpin may alter the Services, temporarily pause access, or discontinue parts of the platform at its sole discretion, and can enforce these Terms as it sees fit.
Promotions
Each promotion can add its own terms
Limited-time deals, exclusive coin bundles, and bonus offers may come with conditions beyond this document, those specific terms are posted alongside the promotion itself.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Site belongs to WiseSpin
The license in Section 4 gives you access, not ownership. All branding, game assets, and Site content remain WiseSpin's property, and your account carries no ownership rights whatsoever.
Winners may appear in promotional material
By entering, you grant WiseSpin the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes tied to the sweepstakes, wherever legally permitted.
Your content
You're responsible for what you post
You keep ownership of anything you upload, but you're accountable for its accuracy and legality, and you grant WiseSpin a license to display and use it in connection with the Services.
No harassment, illegal, or infringing material
Content that's abusive, unlawful, or violates someone else's rights can be removed, and repeat violations can lead to account action. Report violations through our support channels.
Disputes & arbitration
You're agreeing to arbitrate, not sue in court
Any dispute with WiseSpin is resolved through binding, individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to join or lead a class action. Family members of WiseSpin representatives receive the same protection under this clause.
Try resolving it informally first
You agree to attempt informal resolution with WiseSpin before filing for arbitration, following the process and provider rules described in these Terms.
A 30-day opt-out window
You can reject this arbitration and class-action waiver clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, by notifying WiseSpin as instructed in Section 15.7.
Applicable state law controls
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction specified in the agreement, and remain enforceable even if one clause is struck down.
Support & complaints
Support runs through the Site's designated channels
Include your account details and a clear description of the issue so we can respond efficiently. We aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe, escalating internally when needed.
Complaints and outcomes are logged
Support interactions are recorded for quality and compliance purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy. Final determinations on complaints rest with WiseSpin.
