Company staff and their households aren't eligible
Anyone employed by, contracted with, or officially representing WiseSpin, its affiliates, or promotional partners, along with their immediate family or anyone living in their household for at least three months a year, cannot enter or win.
This is a game, not a system to be gamed
By entering, you agree that WiseSpin's calls are final. Anyone found working the system through unethical or automated methods can have their eligibility pulled or entries voided.

Occasional giveaways add coins to your balance
From time to time WiseSpin runs promotions across social channels. If a specific giveaway doesn't spell out its own rules, these Official Rules apply by default.
Get one free Sweep Coin a day by mail
- Log into your account, request an "AMOE Code," and fill in your name, address, phone number, birth date, and account email, limited to one request per day.
- Print the barcode generated on the AMOE Website and stick it onto a postcard, with first-class postage attached.
- Mail the postcard to the address below. One barcode per postcard, copies or reproductions won't be accepted.
- Once verified, you'll be credited one (1) Sweep Coin within 5-10 business days.

Playing & cashing out
Only Sweep Coins mode leads to a redeemable prize
Sweep Coins carry no value on their own outside the platform, and can't be bought, sold, or transferred except through WiseSpin's official redemption process. You'll need at least one played entry before requesting a redemption.
Expect a KYC step before payout
WiseSpin may ask for a government ID, SSN confirmation, or proof of address before finalizing a redemption. Requests are only processed on business days, Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
Your winnings, your tax responsibility
A disclosed handling fee may apply before a redemption is completed. Reporting and paying any taxes owed on winnings is entirely on you, WiseSpin may issue relevant tax forms or withhold amounts where legally required.
Manipulating gameplay isn't tolerated
Bots, scripts, duplicate accounts, or any manipulation used to stockpile or redeem coins are strictly off-limits and can lead to account closure with forfeited coins. Prizes might be swapped for something of equal or greater value, but never exchanged for cash outside the official process.
What entering means
You're agreeing to the Terms, these Rules, and our final judgment
Taking part means you're bound by our Terms of Use and these Official Rules, and that you accept WiseSpin's decisions as final in the event of any disagreement.
You release WiseSpin from certain claims
- Anything tied to submitting entries or gameplay itself
- Accepting, using, or mishandling an awarded prize
- IP, defamation, privacy, or right-of-publicity issues
- Any injury, damage, or reputational harm connected to participating
You'll cover claims caused by your own actions
You agree to defend and hold WiseSpin harmless for any third-party claim that stems from your rule violations, your conduct during the sweepstakes, or misuse of a prize.
If you win publicly
Accepting a prize means WiseSpin can share your win
By accepting a prize, you grant WiseSpin a royalty-free license to use your name, photo, prize details, and any testimonial across social, digital, or traditional media, purely for promotional purposes, and without further payment to you.
No extra fees, and local law always takes priority
You won't be owed additional compensation for this use, and WiseSpin will honor any jurisdiction-specific limits on publicizing a winner's personal information.
Other conditions
The sweepstakes can be paused, adjusted, or ended
Fraud, technical outages, or events outside our control may lead WiseSpin to cancel, suspend, or change the sweepstakes at its own discretion, effective immediately if the situation requires it.
Interfering can cost you your account, or more
Hacking, automated tools, or deliberate disruption aimed at the sweepstakes can lead to disqualification, and intentional interference may be pursued through legal action, civil or criminal.
Updates are posted, playing on means you accept them
Any cancellation, pause, or change will be announced through our official channels. Continuing to play afterward counts as accepting the updated terms.
Resolving disputes
Arbitration applies here as well
Any dispute connected to these Official Rules or your participation in the sweepstakes is handled exclusively through binding arbitration, following the same terms set out in Section 15 of our Terms of Use, including the waiver of class actions and jury trials.
